Privacy policy

We only record what a booking needs: your name, mobile (WhatsApp) number, the appointment and the service. We never ask for or store medical history, diagnoses, prescriptions or X-rays on this website.

Your mobile number is stored encrypted and used to send your booking confirmation and WhatsApp reminders. Reply "STOP" at any time to stop messages.

Marketing messages (offers and discounts) are only sent if you opt in separately when booking.

Deposits are processed by Paymob; we never see or store your card details.

To have your data deleted, contact the clinic by phone or email.

Booking terms

The deposit (EGP 200) is deducted from your visit. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the appointment is free and the deposit is refunded; later cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit. If the clinic cancels, the deposit is refunded in full.
